Building in total self-consumption with hybrid solar panels – Marseille (FR)
In October 2017, the Association for Regional Integration of Marseille, opened the doors of a newly-constructed building “Les Hauts de la Bessonnière”, an assisted living space for disabled adults.
Equipped with 40 DualSun hybrid solar panels of which 100% of the energy is self-consumed in the building, the housing is located in a future eco-neighborhood “Les Hauts de Sainte-Marthe”, in the heart of beautiful land. The building was designed to be a showcase in terms of energy efficiency, respecting the environmental charter of the region. The installation is monitored by ADEME (the French Environment and Energy Management Agency).
